Need tire info please

I'm trying to order some tires for the 5 mini-z buggies I just otdered, what's the 20 degree and 30 degree mean ?

The smaller the number the grippier/stickier the tire. 20 rears and 30 fronts are a standard MR03 basis for decent grip.
