Dear all,

I have a mr-03 sports

After around 14 hours of practice in my local shop, my dumper's spring came out of the black plastic ring first time and it's loosen now. I tried to loosen the screws of damper and then put the spring back tight, but after I screwed the damper back the spring came out the black ring again. (I don't even know that's damper or just a shock)

Is it broken? can it be fixed?

A better pic would help, i can see your screwdriver just fine but the shock is blurry. You should be able to fix it i think but you may also want to upgrade to a disc damper.

sorry for my pic, my phone is pretty old.

is this even called damper? or just a shock?

I just can't keep the spring tight inside the shock.

If I wanna upgrate, any suggestion? Now I am looking at r246 and X Power
