Same as the video except add fets to the bottom also. You don't have to stack them. Just take the ones off the top and add 1 fet in each place on the top and bottom. Generally you upgrade fets to handle more powerful motors, not the other way around. So after upgrading you can use any motor.

I believe the typical upgrades are in the neighborhood of:

Si4562DY by Vishay (http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/SI4562DY-T1-E3/SI4562DY-T1-E3CT-ND/3758741), or
FDS8858CZ by Fairchild Semiconductor (http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/FDS8858CZ/FDS8858CZTR-ND/1626823)

Here's my personal favorite (http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/DMC1017UPD-13/DMC1017UPD-13DICT-ND/4878281). Careful if you go with these, as they include a couple extra connections to the drains on the sides, which need to be filed off before installation because the FET's sit really close to each other on the board.

Use flux.

Good luck.

Thank you very much, I will look SI4562DY or similar as it is difficult to get integrated.

Good job. Feels good, doesn't it? Now have fun with some of the higher end motors. Cheers!
