I've noticed that some Mini Z twitch severly after some use and can cause I bit of steering difficulty.I've found that if you solder a small capacitor in between the motor wires it helps out alot and you'll be running quite smoothly.:D

I got this problem too

I once thought it was the transmitter/servo control reciever/servo gear problem

BTW, what was the capacity of the capacitor and can you give picture on where to solder it?

Thanks

A friend of mine did it to my car.It was a very small blue capacitor.I don't have a pic of it right now but I'll post one up very soon. But for now,you solder it to the points on the motor where you connect the red and black wires and in the end the capacitor just sits on your motor.:)

Does that matter if I use one with polarity (+/-signs) or one without?

Here's (http://www.apexhk.com/tip.html#tip9) a page from the Apex Turbo guys detailing adding a capacitor to your motor to cure servo glitching.

Definitely use one without polarity since the ESC also has reverse capability. You want a non-polarized cap, very small. Typically labelled "104" which is 0.1uF. They are the same as the other 2 caps on the motor.

I couldn't find the package I used to tell you what size capacitor but I used the blue little capacitors sold by Trinity.
