Speed, slightly slower with stock pinion/motor and bats.

Yes you can run an X-speed (listed as option). Braking ESC like the F1 is fabulous. Forgot how much I like the late braking.

Topheavy! Traction rolls in an instant on carpet. On linoleum tile floor it sticks like glue.

Soaks up the transition strip from tile to carpet like "Hmm, was that a bump?"

Big, in its shortest setting it is as long as the long tintop setting.

Looks like it rolls an awful lot... Now it would be cool to have a overland that was converted to racing with the Mini-Z, put a CLK body on it and lower it out and supe it u, that is if it would work.

I can't get to the movie some reason. But can you lower it? So do you think it could keep up with a Z in a race?
Maybe they will come out with wider bodies soon to stop some of the roll.:D

The movie is a zip file that plays on WMP. Save it to a file, extract and then play in WMP.

I believe if you put spacers under the top shock mounts, that would lower the suspension. The bodies seem to be more like 1/20-24 scale than the tintop.

After several runs today, I can still say that it is tons of fun and has some potential for rally style racing.

Improvements needed: Lower body style, stiffer springs or even better-adjustable oil shocks and stiffer springs, wider tires, lower tires, Lexan shell would definitely be the ticket (mini-x shell?)

Can't find many parts out there. Any help with oil shocks would be appreciated!!

Talk to that Ko Propo guy on the boards....hes fairly new... He said he had gotten soem extra shocks from japan... dont know if he coudl help u out or not...jsut an idea!

the clear, red ,green,blue chassis will be out after x-mas and the shocks will be in some stores then also. the colored servo cases are already out in japan and hong kong . the shock shafts will be out then also short and long ones. :D
