Yes in the readysets, not just the shells. They may have had some but they don't have any listed now.

Typically new release shells come out a month or so after the readysets. So what you get now is a take-off from a readyset, thus the "nude" chassis availability.:)

all of them are VERY nice!!! does anyone know if kyosho is going to release more non sponsered exotic car bodies??? ie: enzo,911 gt,f1 gtr etc... stuff like that even the corvette and supra bodies with plain colors would look tight too...:)lmk all

Happy to hear you got C5R.

We tested and found it had the best track running character.

DAMZer, hows it drive?
tango, what surface is that track?

Right now, I'd say it is toss up to my NSX. Both are low and lean. From the looks category, the C5R is #1 in my book. Just hate to bang it around on the track. But that's what it was bought for. When they finally hit the states I'll get a pristine one for Eye Candy.

ive never driven an NSX, hows it compare to a CLK?

DAMZer

Much more responsive, not pushy like the CLK under hard cornering.

Pick it to track but NOT putting it on your car...just for showing off....hahahahaha~~

Indeed, C5R had a bit wider offset like 360 did, but with the real good rear diffuser, the car simply sticks on track. Using the same setting for NSX, it gives me a illusion like I'm riding a VDS but not a touring car.

i already put in an XSpeed motor, ball bearings, roll shock set, front springs, and high grip tires in the front

i would comment on the driving chracteristics except im new to the mini z world and haven't got a clue to what makes a good handling car... heh. ..sorry

just one comment... they should make the car shells lighter !!

I heard that Kyosho will release the Supra bodies in plain colours. I would like to see someone do a fast & furious supra mini z. I've got both the amg and the new NSX but I find that the NSX just feels like its glued to the floor more. It does look much wider and lower then the AMG.
