Shock Oil What Weight to Use?

i just ordered the oil shock set from stella on the bay what oil do i use ? and specifically what weight? i know it its not wesson lite.

When I ordered my MZ353 shocks, oild was already in them. If the shocks you purchased for your Overland are the GPM's, then they should already have oil in them. If they are Kyosho, then use a lighter shock oil if there isn't oil in them already.

i see weights from 10-60 at my LHS which one. and how often do you change the oil is it necessary. also are gpm shocks as good as kyoshos's?

I've heard #400 oil recommended, but I don't know what "weight" that is. I don't think it's necessary to change the oil. Generally, GPM parts are the best third-party (non-Kyosho) parts you can buy.
