I have the 2001 car from McLaren for a while and the F2002 since a few weeks. I finally had the chance of making some nice pictures of these cars.

That's all, the F2002 got alloy rims from Kyosho, a balldiff and ballbearings, the McLaren isn't hopped yet but that will happen soon when the track is up.
|
How much better is the car with the ball diff? I will get one soon probably but would like to know what you think.
Thanks, Pianoman |
With the balldiff it's a lot better, much better handling. You will see that when you have your own :)
|
what motor do you use?
|
I got stock motors, I don't need stonger yet
What do you have pianoman ? |
The ball differential is the number one best hop up I have done to my car and the second is softer tires. I can now turn my care around 360 at a fast speed in less the one-foot. I all so did ball bearings and roll shocks. I have a Ferrari F40 which handle pretty good before the hop ups because of the stock configuration. :D

does the 01 mclaren come with bumper?

Hi smolders...I just seen you asked about my cars...
I have an f2001 (wheels/tires) and a stock Bitten Honda. I HAD another honda (shock/dif/toe in,etc) but it was stolen last week. Porsch 911 turbo (stock) not pictured. This is an addicting hobby! |
Yes speed24get, every F1 startset does have a clear bumper in it

O wait...it looks more like a Ferrari 550 :) |
? for ya Smolders
If your McLaren is a 2001, then did you add the camera on top?
|
Yup I add it, such a small thing makes the car look sooo much better imo :), I took it from a old 1/24 scale Ferrari from 1998 :p
