MiniZautoclub Liège

Hello!

It's about time to present my club...

The miniZautoclub from Liège in Belgium.

Where could you find us?
In the hobby shop hobby 2000.
Quai de la Boverie 78
4020 Liège (Belgique)
Tél : 00 32 (0)4 341 29 87
Fax : 00 32 (0)4 343 66 03
Website: http://www.hobby2000.be
The shop has Kyosho, but also PN en Atomic options (possibility of 3Racing also).
A big slot track is also available (see pics)

When do we ride?
Every two weeks on saturday.

Why become club member?
To come and ride with us, coming to the different demos, enjoy the club lap-z and getting good tricks and set-up from each others.
And also, a friendly 15% on every mini-Z stuff. ;)

Some pics of the track (RCP 50cm tiles):

(Curve numbers are here to prevent any collision as it's more easy to say "Trouble at 7" than "I'm in trouble in the great curve just after the straight"!)

great huge track... like the number idea... how many tiles is it?

Pierro 2009.05.28 05:36 AM

We have two basic kits (don't know the number of tiles of those), a large radius curve kit and a 45 degrees kit.

The lap-z take place between the 14th an first curve.
We just have had the Dnano lap counter and wish to test it at our demo this week-end.

Basically the dimensions are about 6.5mx10m ( 13 x 20tiles). :D

huge.... :D thanks again...

Great facility, now all that is needed is to cover that slot track with same carpet as the Kyosho tables and have a wonderful time racing dNanos:D

Hello!

In fact, the slot club and the mini-z club are different so we don't have plan for the slot track. Some member do cross-over the two disciplines but personnaly I don't race on slot.
The belgian slot championship has already been hosted on this track and it's a rather well known facility for slot racers.

But let's go back to the mini-z part with some pictures of the track we got for our demo in Seraing this week-end.

As you can see we had plenty space to put our track at this area! :D

Great to run! And quite manageable due to smooth transitions, especially on the top.

If you come by one of those days... Let us know!

I like the elevated back straight. If you had to do it again, would you do anything different? We want to do something similar at one of our tracks. Not sure how to go about doing it.
