No problem - Well, they haven't got the hollow like the stock tires - you can see the mounting lip if you stretch them onto one of these. Obviously the width of the swamper is wider also. That being said it is possible to run them on the stock, just not to practical or nice to look at! If you do stretch them over it will give you an overall diameter of 43mm...

The wheel you want to mount them on are any wide 02 Racer Wheels, which are perfect, plastic or alloy your choice

I run the lower gearing on stock FET's and haven't had any problems so far but people do recommend a FET upgrade, as you know due to the amp draw. I think you will be alright with low gearing but obviously I can't guarantee it.

Sorry I can't help you with the trackers but I'm sure someone here can or there maybe a thread that exists somewhere with the info you're looking for.
