I agree with tjay, you don't want a lot of alloy. The cooper is very sensitive to the way weight is distributed so I'd keep the center of gravity as low as possible.

That being said the best setup I've found for the 015 cooper is to move to a 02 chassis. I know that's not a good answer but if you're gonna run a hotter stock motor, the chassis just likes to roll as a 015.
