This made me laugh. Just the other day I was summoned to my folks place to do some real work with some real tools (drywalling), and it dawned on me that I had a toolbox that had real utility beyond hauling mini-Zs around I'd never looked at my Mini-Z hauler that way! It's funny how a hobby (obsession) colors your perceptions.

+1 With this advice though. A $25 plastic toolbox and 1-2 plastic tackle boxes/organizers for parts is a cheap solution for carrying and organizing Mini-Z stuff. If you spend a little more you can get a larger toolbox on wheels that looks a little like a suitcase with removable drawers and organizers. Several at our track use these. Some hardware stores and Amazon also sell knock-off pelican-type cases with foam liners that are nice for carrying cars and transmitters, but even the pelican knock-offs are a little pricey.
