I think I remember an old Vit's or Fit that someone used an RM setup on. It had the backend cut out for the motor to stick through. Something tells me your clean work style, you don't want to do that. Just thought I would throw that out there as someone would bring that up sooner or later. One thing I have liked about these HM cars is the limited setups you can run, it forces you to learn how to drive. So you don't rely on a special setup for an advantage over the rest of the pack. I do think the Cooper body is lighter than those two bodies.
I would stay away from large diameter wheels here, the Atomic T.S 21.5mm wheels come to mind. As that would make it more tippy.
