I dont.

Superb custom project Knacki, can't wait to hear how it'll perform and how much it'll weigh.

He was a multi-time world champion. For both Mercedes and I believe Alfa-Romeo. Maybe Maserati.

Congratulation for the great job you made on this chassis!

That's an impressive work.

About the driver I would say Fangio but not very used to see him on 3D.

Good call. I believe that it is indeed Juan Manual Fangio. I also think that he is still alive and living in Argentina.

It really is the greatest JM Fangio. He used to live part time in Buenos aires, part time in his hometown Balcarce.

Sadly he past away in the 90's.

He started racing F1 in his late 30's.... he was already an "old man" then.

Knacki, I forgot AMAZING JOB... please go ON!!!!

I'd love to see this finished and going round a track!!!

Fangio won 5 world titles and won 50% of the races he participated in. He won for Alfa Romeo, Mercedes, Ferrari and Maseratti.

Nice one
http://www.flickr.com/photos/smuckatelli/2829885561/

So I got him not too bad.
It will be the version of the first formula one race ever, in Silverstone 1950.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/33850135@N02/3220448989/

Dr. Farina won this race.

Juan Manuel Fangio had some problems and stopped in the 62nd lap.
The season was dominated by the Alfa 158 later 159.

The first versions of this car were already built in 1938.
But you can watch this here

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aNPUlEeSQX4
And the beginning of this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3eZ4c...eature=related
It was dangerous those days. Ferrari once went out of drivers.

After this long time - building -testing- building - working.... yes....researching....trying....rebuilding.... it is so wonderful to hear so many nice comments.
I have to explain that I never ever did something like that before.
No real sculpting - No Chassis construction - Yes, some plastic kits in my youth that's it.

I will try to finish this now soon. Hope I can manage this between "normal" live
