Exclamation wrc toyota vitz
hi guys...

here's my new creation... the wrc toyota vitz driven by no less than carlos sainz... well i got some more of them 1/24 scale tamiya decals and decided to give my busted up vitz a second life... i striped the body from all the headlights, tail lights and rear spoiler, and i masked all the balck painted parts before painting it in two coats of white tamiya model paint. (wait a couple of days before adding the second coat)

i put the decals on (after a couple of days of waiting for the second coat to dry - make sure that before you always go to the next step, you give ample time for the paint to dry)

after i was satisfied with all the decals i put on, i put two coats of tamiya clear on it... (again wait a couple of days for the first coat to dry before applying the second coat)...

the rims are viper rims, i put them in thinner to strip the silver paint, luckily it was white to begin with.

the result is what you see here... hope you like it...

It's interesting to me how people are ripping the decals of the CLKs and NSXs but then applying decals to the shells with none.

maybe it's reverse psychology.
