For stock class racing we are running DuraTrack 750's. They will hold you for ten minute races easily. For Mod Peak 900's work well. In mod class you can run any cell 900 size or larger. Battery voltage does not matter in mod class so much as capacity does. I put a PN 32 turn motor in my mod cars and I dial the power down to what I like the best for the track I am running on. Running 750 cells in mod class can be close on run time. That is why I run the higher capacity 900 cells in mod class. Hope this helps.
I just saw that you are in Philly. What track are you running at? Our track is very close to the new MGM Grand casino in MD. About two hours south right off of 95. Send me a PM if you are interested in coming to race some time. Very friendly group at our track.
