? about front body mount/ 'o' plate/ & Wheel Nuts!
Hi all, had this message posted in another thread, but thought I'd get more feedback here, so here it is:
I got the Mini Power Mr2 body from you, but was wondering why it appears not to fit exactly right in the front wheel wells?? I put it on the long wheelbase setting for the rear and that looks right, but in the front, it seems like they are too far back in the wheel well nearest to the side by the doors... Anyways, was wondering if it could be the Front Body Post that locks into the body in the front, because aren't those different sizes depending on the body you originally got (mine was the WRX)???? LMK, and do you know where I could get one that would line up the Mini Power MR2 body better?? Just wondering, 'cause I heard the Kyosho Autoscale Bodysets you can buy have the front body mounts for that specific body to go with the Mini Z frame....LMK
Also, what are the advantages of getting a CF-O plate, does it help with the stability and handling noticeably better compared to the CF H plate I have now??
And one more ?, I have the Square Inch Up 10 Spoke Gold wheels and want some GOLD wheel nuts to dress it up better...Will any manufacturer of Gold Wheel Nuts work, or is there a difference in the coloring of the Gold between brands i.e. lighter/darker or shiny/duller??? Any help to these ? will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance! David P.
hey whats up...... i had teh mini power mr-s as well and mine didnt line up right either but. if you do try to make it line up the wheels will rub the bottom of the headligh assemblies with the rims you have.........i have gold wheel nuts and tehy dont match any thing gold on the car ..not even close........and the o-plate will be better then any h-plate or roll shocks combined......
