Not sure if anyone has posted this since I haven't been on in quite some time but for the lucky few of us that have an xmods impreza, it has perfect fitment on the AWD if you have the atomic rear end without that little bar going up at a 45° angle. Set-up is have the chassis set to the hole farther from the engine (94mm setting hole?). Have your xmods evolution rear clip on the impreza. You're going to have to shave the bottom of it just so it doesn't scrape. For the front clip use the 2007 Impreza Sti clip from the mini-z awd body. Then just put the front in the correct slot and snap the rear clip down to the end of the chassis. If you run med or soft springs, the car looks a tad lowered too.
Looking good p23si. I say keep posting here until somebody suggests otherwise? (IMO anywho)
Thanks for the info xX350zBoYXx. I've been looking towards possibly getting an Impreza body for some time, though have always wanted one a little different than what Kyosho provides, scheme wise.. I may have to check out that one in particular!
That's pretty pimp kryten! I wonder if there're any trailers out there that'd be mate-able, size & functionality wise. When I was a youngin', my Dad/Grandpa started a tradition of giving us boys those little Hess static display models. (with working lights & whatnot) I have one that's got a trailer which came with a rev-ip style, (Porsche I believe), race car on it. (which got played with until death, long long ago ) It's high up on a shelf & thus I've not yet retrieved it to find out, but it looks as though a Mini-Z would fit perfectly on the back, both physically & possibly scale wise. For ages I've considered making it a powered model of sorts, and just now I had the brain-flash of maybe doing up a matching Z body scheme. (or having one of you better skilled folks do one for me ) Maybe it's time to get it down & have a closer look! (I'd probably get a better example off Ebay for a final product, as it's white & mine's old enough to be yellowing a tad/showing its age)
Do you know if all the truck body's are 106mm?
Or are some body's shorter?
I think they are all different,my friend is working on the Atego, and also has the MAN too,so i'll get measurements.
I will say the bull nose is easier to mount than the atego from what we have found so far.
I will update as we go

I'll test a few different motors, though it will probably end up with a 70t fitted.
