1) Can the Mosler fit +3N wheels in the front without any modification?
2) Can the HSV fit +3N in the front without any modification? +3W in the back without modification?
3) Can the GT500 GTR fit +3N in the front without any modification? +3W in the back without modifications?
4) Anyone experience any clearance issues with either lowering ride height and/or body mounting positions while trying to improve handling in the above mentioned offsets+bodies?
IMO, that wide +3 set up, Steering response will be so slow.
HSV-010 max is +2 but I end up going back to +1.
I usually tried to lower rear end of body by moving side body mounts up by - 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm by deglue, cut and reglue them. You must also dremel all the inside fenders lips all around to make clearance too for side by side suspension travel. Front mount is easily lower by upgrading to PN's Adjustable height carbon mount.
By lowering the body, it does give you slight enhancement in handling especially in preventing hard cornering traction roll.

Thanks,

i have used +3 on every car i have built for my self... and on all 3 bodies u must make mods to either the body and /or the tires
1) Yep. If you lower the front end too much you need to drop down to +2N, so don't do that if you want +3N up front.
2) Yep. They're a little too flush to be safe (servo savers can break!) so I try to run no more than +2N in the front of the HSV. +2.5N if traction rolling is an issue. +3W rears fit 100% flush with fender, don't lower the body too much in the rear.
3) Same as 2). +3N in front is 100% flush in the GT-R, so be careful with the rails. I try to use +2N if possible, +2.5N if traction rolling. +3W rears fit 100% flush with fender, don't lower too much in the rear.
I tend to run full-height rear tires and 22-23mm front tires nowadays. At this spec, with +3N/+3W, neither the Mosler, HSV nor GT-R need modification to actually fit the wheel/tire combo. However, only the Mosler is wide enough to protect the front wheels at +3N. The HSV and GT-R are better off with +2N in terms of not hooking into the rail when you scrub it. You can shave 2-3mm off the bottom of the Mosler and slam it to the ground and still have clearance for all four tires; a little fender shaving/trimming may be necessary. The HSV can't be lowered in the rear because there's not enough fender to stomach +3W lowered (unless you don't need suspension travel). The GT-R can be lowered about 2mm all around, the stock mounting is very tall so you have room to slam.
Thanks to the high traction at Kenon I tend to run +2N/+3W or wider, and currently I'm working with the HSV and GT-R bodies. They don't handle walls gracefully but they're much lighter than the Mosler, so I can add and distribute the weight where I need it to prevent traction rolling and increase grip.
