race event sat. aug 15 Hfay mro2

Saterday august 15
location changed
This will be the 2nd race of hfay season 8. 10AM start. practice open at 8:30 AM The track will be in my old house 2 car garage. Thus the early start time. I will have a few fans setup to keep us cool while driving. LETS RUN 1-2 qualifers and a main in each direction. 1 hour practice break between directions. It should take us about 2-4 hours to run the 2 races for july.

HFAY MR02 with 70turn motors PN/HFAY both OK.
price $5 per car
The track and lap timer were presents from my wife and mother in law
I will have 3 card tables plus my pittable setup for tuning/charging.
The Lap timer is I lap with giro Z connectors with rc scoring pro trial version keeping the score. 5 minute Qs with 8 minute mains w stagger starts.
I will provide the velcro and giroz plug for the transponders.

Yesterday was unbearably hot. How about we run this next one here in my basement where it's dehumified and has ceiling fans? I have the track, all you would need to bring is the timing system.

I was looking on the hfay site to find the layout. Can you point me to it? I can't seem to figure out where the season 8 layouts are.

Excellent news about the house. Yes, it's very nice having a basement. That's exactly why we moved from the house in Lawrenceville.

So, I guess we are now on races #3 and #4. I forgot that we did #1 and #2 at the same time.
