Completely useless foam block from Atomic

Actually, this looks kind of cool. Seems like Atomic is branding a lot of accessories these days.

Personally, I just use a 1x2 piece of wood to mount my Z's. It works just as well.

I use an old 1/10th scale foam tire.

why? they must have had extra foam kicking around and it needed to be used.

i personally would be hesitant placing an awd on that foam after a 6 minute heat. you could end up with a messy block of melted foam.

fyi, the foam blocks from x-speed motors work well too.

I like using an empty butter tub for my Mini LST, it catches some dirt and keeps the tires off my desk, which is really all I need it to do.

I use the polyfoam piece (sparkly black foam) that keeps new motors safe in transit as a car stand.

It works fine for AWD and it comes with each Kyosho/Atomic motor. Call me cheapie or practical..it works for me.

it's not completely useless, you can always throw it at some annoying driver while in the pits.

That's a really good idea, and it's better than throwing AAA batteries at them.

Kinda like that foam brick you toss at the TV when you get mad at something you see. That was a big thing years ago.
