I checked out the Iwaver. Looks like they have a bigger motor under the hood... But also looks a bit larger, and may have higher center of gravity.

I only have the Radline Elite, which I am changing out the electronics... I popped in a better motor (X-Speed in old PN BB can), which has some good top end, and I was very satisfied with speed indoors. A little slower than my modified MZM. I should be done with my project in a few days to give it a test run, but wont run alot until I get bearings.

I plan to get the Radline Master, and the Iwaver 05 in the next few weeks. I think that there wont be many hop ups initially for the Radline, but my pick up if the electronics are good. The Elite is a nice toy, since the electronics have a slow response. If the Master's electronics arent very good, then I dont think that there will be much aftermarket support. Iwaver should support the 05 with some parts that will hopefully be more than just bling.

I think that for bashing, I would go with the Iwaver... for trying to work to setup to race, the Radline looks more appealing. The Iwaver just looks to have a higher center of gravity, and with a larger motor, more mass, it may not handle as well... There are also optional AA holders on the 05, so that would increase the mass alot more as well, but my be necessary for the higher draw from the batteries due to the larger motor. They recommend Intellects for AAA... I could imagine you could fit 4x 2/3A cells on the sides if you wanted to... I would think that would be better than running AA cells.

The Radline had a pretty good amount of speed with the X-speed BB, and the Master has a 180. Which should have loads of torque to use the higher tooth pinions. I am currently running the smallest pinion on mine, and wish I could go down a tooth or two as it is... I may just have to swap to an X-Speed with Neo magnets for the lowend... The steering on the chassis feels like it may need a brace where the tie rods mount to the servo saver, to take out some slop.

I dont have bearings yet, but there is a considerable amount of wheel slop, something that I would like to remove. I hope they improved this on the Master series... I am wondering what type of axle/wheel adaptor they are using.

iwaver 05 has 260 motor and the ability to switch to NiMH cell as a power source.
The speed is impressive, as for the High center of Gravity, switching to heavier cell actually help stable the chassis down, since it provide more down force with weight
.
I haven't have a chance with a Redline Master, but the iwaver 05 is a great value for it's worth. The electronics is very stable and we will be providing numbers of hop-up options.

i have the master truggy.the slop is almost gone with the bearings.the electronics are very good and it is FM all i have so far is the oil filled shocks.i say that the radline master is like the rc 18 and the iwaver is going to be like the miniquake just comparing them to the 1/18 scale.what i don't like is how master put the wheels on like the miniquake.but i love minis so i will buy the iwaver truck. But what i realy want is the AWD car.i hope that comes out soon

Thanks for having interest with the iwaver product, I would like to inform you all about the launching of AWD chassis.
The AWD chassis is currently still in development and we don't have a clear schedules about the release date.

Is there actually an AWD CAR coming out? Any more specs or pics? Is it car, truck, or buggy?

Marc,
Long time no see. Yes, there is a AWD racer coming out.
It's call iwaver 04M, which mean it would be FM and with all the upgraded electronics.
It's currently being design and developed by a parts manufacturing maker. So the design and performance and should be fully upgrade able.
I'm as excited about this as anyone out there, I'm hoping that I would be releasing more news later on.

There is, is just that the program had some foundation, just need more thinking and planning before it could be started. There is no time for it right now, we have not been getting more help to run this.
I guess you and others would have to wait.

I was actually not making myself too clear, I was actually asking for some one or some group to help organized a test pilot program.
We as a company are willing to supply the goods and shipping(to some point) in return for some insight and teaser news on the new product.
We will established a long term close relationship with our company.
