Hi! Maybe I'm blind , but I don't see any TIRES button. I bought Overland a week ago (Land Cruiser) and I'm also looking for larger tires. But, I'm not good in self-doing it (well, not yet, I'm working on it ), so if you (or anyone else) could recommend me some easy solution, it would be great. I'm from central Europe (Czech), so concrete advices on e-shops are the best. Thanx dudes and be patient with me english

Yes, lots of great info here but most of the pics are dead links...unfortunately.

I just searched in the site store for 'swamper' and then for 'tracker' the swampers are out of stock, but trackers are in stock currently. When will you have more of the swampers in stock? Stock OL tires are 30mm tall X 10mm wide. How tall and wide are these two tires?

Hi,

I can tell you that a Super Swamper tire has the dimensions of 37mm tall and 14mm wide if that's any help?

Jonny.

Thanks Jonny! And they just slip on over the stock wheels and tires or?

Looks like I have to install the 9 tooth pinion gear, what else is a 'required' mod to run the Swampers without overheating the motor, esc, etc?

ANybody got measurements for the Trackers?

No problem - Well, they haven't got the hollow like the stock tires - you can see the mounting lip if you stretch them onto one of these. Obviously the width of the swamper is wider also. That being said it is possible to run them on the stock, just not to practical or nice to look at! If you do stretch them over it will give you an overall diameter of 43mm...

The wheel you want to mount them on are any wide 02 Racer Wheels, which are perfect, plastic or alloy your choice

I run the lower gearing on stock FET's and haven't had any problems so far but people do recommend a FET upgrade, as you know due to the amp draw. I think you will be alright with low gearing but obviously I can't guarantee it.

Sorry I can't help you with the trackers but I'm sure someone here can or there maybe a thread that exists somewhere with the info you're looking for.

Jonny

OK, I measured the X-Mod truck off road tires and wheels tonight (still in the package at the store, but I took very careful measurements). About 34mm X 12mm measured while mounted on the X-Mods off-road wheels (off-road pack is $14.99 at Radio Shack and includes the wheels/tires and some suspension pieces.) I was hoping for closer to the Aoshima Super Swamper dimensions...called around the lhs here and none of them have the Super Swampers, but one store has a couple of the kits supposedly for like $22-$27 depending on which body and left or right-hand drive.

Is this what they measure when mounted on the Kyosho wheels? Are these tires hollow too?
