Just a reminder that I'll be showing up tonight around 8PM since I get out of work around 7-7:30p. Sorry that I can't help with setup, but if it ends before 1:30A I can help with teardown

Also, we'll have Chris (CEO of Nexcess.NET LLC) tonight as a special guest! Lawrence will be there as well with his F1 and unfortunately my GF works until 9 and will most likely just want to stay home after she gets out.

See you all there, also LMK if anyone has a PN 70T motor that I can buy off them as I only have a neo magnet hot mod motor that I'm running right now (or new, I'll bug you about it tonight Mr. Mini-Z ).

I haven't ran my MR-02 on the RCP yet, so I will most likely need to purchase some tires, I'll bug some of you for recommendations / test drives if that's OK

Well we got done racing at 1:20am. I think we can still do better but not too bad for first time at trying our new schedule.

I've updated our Stock Race results at: http://mini-zracer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33793

I still have to load the F1 Race results.

Reminder that the next AA GTG is this upcoming Saturday.

Thumbs up

Not bad at all for our first attempt at the new schedule - we did not get many people showing up near 7, but were still able to set up the (largest ever! ) track pretty much on time. We were about half an hour off for most of the night according to my notes, stretching to an hour for the end of the last main (1:19am vs. 12:20 projected); teardown went well and finished at 1:36am (the 10 minutes allocated may be a little unrealistic), and that, like setup, was with only a small fraction of dojo members helping, so it can only get faster from there! Well done everyone for keeping us fairly on track, and a special thanks to those who really made an effort to help out w/ setup/teardown, show up on time, etc. It should just get more streamlined from here as everyone gets used to the new schedule etc. Note that a bunch of us still hung around and BS'd until about 2:40 despite our "early" finish!

N, FYI I updated your post - you were linking to the "old" motor, vs. the "current" PN Mini-Z PNWC 2009 Official 70 Turn Stock Motor (the old is still completely legal, but ...).

Here's a pic of the track we ran last night. It includes a pit lane and I think we used almost all of our tiles.
