Yeah tell Chad I said Hello! I still have to update this thread(*&^*(%^*%!!!! I'm on dialup right now and have to figure out where I went and when. I spent 10 days driving across country and visiting and about 20 days in California and probably only 5 days worth of driving mini-z and purchasing bodies and parts.
I have been looking around here in London for hobby shops but no luck. I still don't have a permanant house so I don't have my track setup. Out here they use the pound sterling so it's $1.80 to the pound and anything min-z or kyosho for that matter is priced marked dollar for dollar compared to the states.

Bye-Bye, are you and your family OK?
I see there are some posts from you this morning after the attacks, so I hope you and your family are doing well. And could you give us a little update on how things are there from your point of view?
Thanks and take care.

Hey guys. All is well on my home front. I was probably the closest of all the active forum members. The blast at Edgeware station was only a 10 minute walk from my house.I traveled through that station on Monday the 4th of July(we had the day off). I was already here at work and my wife and son were at home still but were planning on coming in around the time of the blasts. They would have walked in though as the embassy is not far from where I live.
I was shocked and devistated to say the least. I stayed indoors the whole day( I normally do anyway ). I walked home in the evening around 6:30 PM and it seemed like business as usual. I was a little timid walking the streets and being in big crowds. It's hard not to be a part of big crowds in London though. The day before yesterday I felt I could go anywhere and feels safe and secure, that's not true anymore. I thought after 9/11, and Baghdad that coming to London would be my safe haven. I would have never thouigh it would happen here and I'm sure the british felt the same way.
I now know that no where is safe as long as there are terrorist out there who don't want the rest of us to live peacefully. I can't just hide though. I can't control what other people do but I can control my own happiness. The life that I have lived and the path that I have walked has made me realise that when it's your time to go, it's your time to go. Until then I will pray for the safety of my family and friends and continue to live life to the fullest.

ByeBye, I'm so thankful you and your family are safe and sound. All of our "Company" counterparts are also accounted for as well. That was just as coward as a event these people are capable of as it proves. If anyone of them were to stand face to face with a real man, and pull that kind of stuff, they would meet the "Punisher". Don't worry We are Hunting them down and killing them all, their short lived out burst's are ending soon. For we live free in this world, without terror.
Our Hearts are with you, and your family's safety. Stride with freedom, and know, this is going to end soon.

I still have the mini-z bug just don't have the time and energy for that bug and the drag racing bug .
I'll tell you that HFAY season 1 we had an awesome time up in Stafford. We have some great friends made here in GB. Drew and Sheila really impressed us all late in the season. Unfortunately we were only able to go up for one race in the second season. I just dusted off last seasons car and was able to pull my first overall 3rd place finish in the august reverse race. Sheila and Drew also did very well.
Other than Stafford I haven't been able to make any other venues. I know the plan was to hit France, Germany, and Turkey but my schedule, money, and time off don't all correlate.
I can guarantee that when I get back to the states I'll try to get my hands on a timing system and should hopefully have bought a house with a big rec room. Since we will always meet the 3 person minimum requirement we shouldn't have to travel great distances to compete.
I'm pretty sure I'll never lose interest in the Mini-Z's

Glad to hear. I doubt many of us will ever lose interest in them.
So, you're coming back to the states one day? Any idea when or anything? I never really read why you had to leave anyways.
A few friends and I may one day actually head down to race with Arch, so that should be a real good time.
