w00t!
"need" to get my hands on it NOW....
EDIT1:
ZRound Settings -> Speaker -> Events (2)
Missing check box for "Interval gap reading"
I have installed 1.12 build 1 over 1.11 build 4.
EDIT2:
I'm traveling with my Robitronic and I also have different configurations of different tracks.
Is it possible to make presets with track names?
So that the best lap for that track layout is shown when you choose track layout?
Then I could keep track of my track "records" on different tracks.

Thx Jesus, I will be testing today at our club.
@nobrainer.
I dont think that is done already, asked for the same thing a while ago
Give me a PM with your email adress and I'll send you an excell sheet I made wich does what you want. It stores each track and trackrecord you ever done. And you can then put it back into zround before you race that track again.
Only downside, you have to do it manually.
I'll explain it better in the email.

LED is right, it is not implemented the "best lap by track" feature yet
There is not a check for "interval gap reading" configuration. You must use the text box to define how you want differences (interval/gap) to be read when needed.

Jesús.

It is just a budget matter. I own an iPhone but not a Mac to develop with .
However I don't dismiss the possibility in the near future ...

Suggestion:
Make an "update" feature inside your ZRound, so that you can check automatically for updates when you start ZRound.
Then have it to ether just download or download and install.
Ether way....
With a new build, you should not have to repeat all the steps again. Just preserve the setup steps done previously and the same setting should be used.
The 1.12 build 2 still has the readme for 1.10 and the date from 2010. Might be updated for the next release?.
Going to check it out on monday. The it's race day.
Thanks for your hard work and all the time you spend on this.

Just wondering, is it possible to use more than 1 lap counter, so that you can have several timings around your track?
1 total time, and lets say 1/3 and 2/3 of the track??
So you can tell in which part of the track you can improve your driving.....

I think i could so something for you ... It may be possible it will work without the discovery protocol implemented to autoconfigure the device (it is the 2.3 limitation cause).
I'll keep you informed.´

The automatic update is in my long long to-do list ...
I have not thought to change the current setup process

I have received three request about this along 6 years. I really think it is not an useful but a cool feature, at least in miniz tracks where lap times are near 10-12sec (on medium/large layouts).
I tested it out four years ago and it was a failure so i decided to not implement it because it isn't worth the effort.
Regarding larger layouts (1/8, 1/10 scales), AMBrc expensive decoders are used and the clubs doesn't use to have more than one.
Regards,
Jesús.

again, wondering how I can transfer the drivers database from one installation to another.
Just the driver database, so I don't have to make duplicates.
Also to make backup.
And... what files do I need to backup to keep all the track records.
Is it possible to have these files on, lets say, a dropbox folder, so that I can use several computers, but only one drivers database and just one place to have all the track records?

I love this idea tbh, Jesus make it so (2 counters would already be enough for me )
Thx for the android thing, I'll be waiting for your answer.
@ Nobrainer.
I usually make a copie of the old installation, and the install the new one over the old one. If everything works ok, wich it always does, then I delete the old one. But for your question, the drivers and all the other stuff is stored in the file zround.mdb (access database) in the datos folder. In the past i simply copied this file to restore drivers and championships. But if something would change in this file during a new realse that would probably **** up the installation so make sure to take a backup before trying.

It would be cool with more than 1 counter.
But you do what you want Jesus. Your DA MAN!
But it's not mainly for backup but for different computers and different tracks.
I travel some just to get the possibility to drive. So this would make it easier to get the same drivers transponders without having to manually edit drivers.
Just because I'm lazy....
But Jesus. Could you provide a list of changes suggested and what your plans are?
I would really like the Track designer to work on both 50 and 30cm tracks and that you could link the race to each track design. It would be cool to have the track design up in the right corner besides your track times.
