lots of opinion out there on chargers. ISDT has a nice lineup. I'm using a couple of theirs, the N24 being used for mass discharging and charging and so far, has proven much nicer than some of the cheaper Chinese models that ar of questionable quality.
One benefit of that 24 bay ISDT charger is it plugs into an outlet. The 8 bay uses a USB-C cable, which might have its benefits, but requires getting a newer, higher wattage (amperage?) charging block. The usual iPhone block doesn't give it enough juice if you put 8 batteries in at once.
