my gear diff is having some problems. when i flip the car upside down and spin the right wheel forward the left wheel goes the opposite direction. and it does the same thing when i spin the right wheel back. im not that dumb. i know thats correct. but when i spin the left wheel forward, there is quite a bit of resistance and the right wheel doesn't even spin. it works properly when i spin the left wheel back. should i rebuild and lube my diff or just buy a ball diff.
Yup, clean that sucker out, I was having the same problem, but a little worse, my car would pull really strong to the right, cause power was not being transfered equally to both wheels, but, i stripped my ball diff down, cleaned the bearing and reinstalled it, and it works great now. also do what W-tone, play with the tightness settings, that should get you up and running again.
