Do you have to make a comm port selection? If so, need to make sure the right port number is provided. Otherwise you get the red signal on the race screen representing status.
This is the Robitronic USB version and not RS-232 version with a USB converter.
With the converter, I must set the "COM Port".
But with the USB version, I don't have a "COM Port".
So if I need to set a "COM Port", I probably need some kind of tool to do that.

The "native" USB version is built with a HID class and it doesn't need a special driver. All you need is built into ZRound.
When you connect the controller to the PC box, you should listen Windows to beep as it usually does when you plug an USB device. You could open the Windows Device Manager and see a new "USB input device" under the "user interface device (HID)" secion. If no beep/no new device is shown then it may be the device is failing. Try another USB wire.
I've just testesd. Open ZRound, Robitronic configuration page, click on "Enable Robitronic", select "USB" option and click on "Connect". I see the "Robitronic Connected" on the console followed by the device serial number.

Laptop Lenovo Yoga 900-13ISK - W10 64 bits
Microsoft Windows [Versión 10.0.17134.829]
I got Microsoft Windows [Versión 10.0.18362], but I will test another cable to see if that is the issue.
Since I don't get any new "USB input device" under the "user interface device (HID)" secion.
That might be the issue
Thanks Jesus

With another USB cable I get 2 new devices in device manager.
So at least it detects my bridge now.
I can not use my front USB ports, since they seem to f*** things up a bit.
But one USB port in the rear of my pc works.
Tried connecting in ZRound and still can't connect.
Reinstalled ZRround 1.18 build 2, but still the same issue.
Is there some old version of ZRound availible I can test?

It has nothing to do with ZRound of course, but you always help Jesus...so...
It was not the Robitronic Lap Counter USB ether.
But it is my gaming pc USB 3.0 and 3.1 ports that are the issue.
Even though I got "USB Legacy Support" enabled, it still won't register correct.
So I can see my USB device connect, but it won't work.
Plugged it into a old laptop and everything worked right away.
Thanks for all the help guys
