Hobbytown Fremont Mini-Z Race Schedule

Ok Peter. How about this thread? Where have you been???

I think the next race is still on for Friday 2/18/05. If we stick the prior schedules, the racing should start at 730pm.

Nice Robert - good name for the thread. I've been busy at work lately and was thinking about coming out today, but oops, it's V Day. See yah later in the week. I'll try to make race day, but that's a busy clinic day and I don't always get out in time.

How about a romantic his and hers Mini-z race at the track? The perfect V day getaway.

"We" ran out of money, but we're trying to conceal that,
just like you read in the news. Don't you read the news?? heh

So Roger, about mini Z racing, are you going to HT or Club 28 (that means something important in chinese...)? Holla back Ninja.

Brotha Terry: Most of the time, im at HT Fremont. You gotta get out there with us and dice for the lead. Alot of people there are getting fast because of all the practice we've all been doing. We have a good group of people; maybe the best in any forms of R/C.

BTW: I sold my B18C5 hatchback to a racer

Roger that. I'm trying to put in a transponder right now, and man there are limited options for placement, ie, one working spot inside behind the grille of my D2 Merc (I heard you got a full size one of those, cool). One good crash, and it's byebye transponder. Either that, or it goes outside like I've seen some people have. I put my car on the track last Friday, and got the apparent thumbs up of approval from Jaime and John on my cars abilities, so now, it's down to me to stay on the same or within ten laps (!) of the experts...

I guess I have to check out the rest of this site, I haven't been here in years since the end of Tokyo Tekki. I need more Ideas on how to get this transponder in, or find a more suitable body. I love how this Hobbytown track has no hair on it. L8

Photos of the HT Fremont Race

Here are photos of the HT Fremont race with special guest, Mr. Phillip Ng of PN Racing. This guy is one of the nicest and coolest people i've met that promotes mini-z to its fullest. It was definately an honor to finally meet the great one . Anyways, on to the pictures.............

Oh before I forget, major props to Mr. Hicks for taking the big " W " in modified mini-z. That was definately a sweeeet run John .
