Studio 27 decal set...

Hi guys,

Did you know this exists?
http://page14.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/j...=studio27_shop

It's for MiniZ!!! I got to know this because I contacted Studio27 to ask them if they are willing to make 1/28th scaled decals.

Here's the answer:

For the moment, we have no plan to further release. But we will study and
market research near future.

Thank you again for your suggestion and happy MiniZ life!
Best wishes,
Studio27/Gilles.Co.,Ltd.

So I would propose that everybody buys this decal set to stimulate them making other decal sets. It would be just cool if they had some decal sets for the 360GTC, 575GTC, Delta, ...

Let's wait and see...

good find!
I wasn't aware of the fact that Studio27 make decals for mini-z. Do you know if this is high-tech or regular decals?
thanks

what is the diff between high tech and regular? I think they are just waterslide decals...

They don't make decals, they just have one set now, but one is much more than nothing

I just bought that set to put on my McLaren F1 for $10 delivered from Australia. I got pretty much the same decal set from Bruce Paterson here is the link. Its about half what the Studio 27 decals cost if you can find them. WHich I coouldn't.

The Studio 27 set is esspacially made for the MiniZ, so it should perfectly. It's the first time I saw a decalset for that size... 1/24 is too big IMO:

With Bruce, if you tell him you are ordering it for Mini-Z he will make it in 1/28 scale. That is what he did for my Ferrari F1.

I have made about 5 custom bodies and used 1/24 decals on all of them. There is not that much difference in the scale.

Check them out in my gallery.

Coke Porsche
Jaegermeister Enzo
Penske VDS
Goodwrench Mercedes
Porrche 917 Gulf

I'm working on another two,
McLaren F1 GTR Marlboro and a Martini & Rossi Porsche 917

Hey Guys, I do offer a CD with over 500 different sponsors on it and it comes with a program that allows you to size the images to your own scale, bigger for a hood or smaller for the sides. You can print up your own decals with very little effort and at a fraction of the costs.
