WOW (Core System)

We got our new Core system installed and running this week, and all I can say is WOW. I was getting a little bored with the same old tracks, and this brought the enjoyment back into racing. It feels more like racing, and less like organized bashing sessions. I love the system, and the racing was tight. I think I speak for everyone when I say this was the most fun we have had racing Mini-Z's in quite a long time.

Anybody in the area is welcome to come race with us on Thursday evenings. I am planning to be there every week around 2:00 PM to setup the Core system and let practice begin. Racing officially starts at 6:00 PM and we pack up at 8:30 PM.

By next season I think we plan to participate in the HFAY racing. I just need to get all the rules into place, and figure out what motors we can run, and get some prices on them.

I think the only way racing would be more enjoyable is if the cars were actually on fire while running around the track. Other than that, you can't be a good lap timing system.

When/if you do decide to join up with HFAY, be sure to let me or Arch2B or BrianKstan or any of the other HFAY club judges know. We can add you to the judges forum where you can get more information and be part of season discussions.

the cost after the coupon code is enter is $16.00ea . the regular retail is 21.99

the current coupon code is "HFAYOLPS8" (don't use the quotation marks). It also doesn't show up until you checkout.
