I had to put a new main chassis on my awd and when I when to turn it on the steering slamed to one side. How do I fix the problem and how did it happend?
sounds like you broke one of the little servo wires, or the potentiometer is in wrong.

If the wires are okay, you shoudl check the connection between the servo gears and the steering POT. I had the same thing happen when I left out the little brass washer in the MR02 servo gear assembly. If the first servo gear (the one touching the POT) does not mesh 100% and the POT does not mesh against the backplate, you will have the problem you describe.

Wich washer? where is it placed. Now i have a doubt i didn't see it and lost it since my servo seems to have a lot more play since i took it out to replace the frame.
Anyone has an exploded view of where it is placed? I looked over at my AWD instructions and there is no washer in the servo from the exploded view of it.
