Lots of parts are not in stock, but I ordered some stuff that was in stock, and they came in the mail right away.
I get more information and have made more 'friends' here at this 'shop'/community than anywhere else.
You just have to look around and be patient in todays society of 'instant click and gratification', OK?
Peace to all,
Pianoman

Also, not to mention, you can email the shop and have them special order almost any part you need.

Grab yer pikes and pitchforks!(1/28 scale of course)
We'll string him from the nearest 1/28 scale tree!

i agree. the Shop has good service. however demand sometimes overcomes supply. also suppliers might be a problem as well.
if the Shop doesn't have what you need right this second then you can always special order. otherwise there's always other sites you might try...
of course you're encouraged to support this site's Shop and it's affiliates as much as possible

Loyalty?
Ken, you have the right idea!
However, each to his own, and I much prefer doing business here, even if something like my Overlander can be bought $5 cheaper somewhere else.
The [Loyal] Members here also make a huge difference.
Stone him, with 1/28 scale stones (pebbles?)

The shop is great. They have the odd ball things that you wouldn't be able to get otherwise ie. carbon fibre o plate. Plus great service. I sent them an e-mail and they replied in an hour!
I just can't wait to get mine. It's been almost a week! I'm too impatient!

Thanks for the feedback michael horvath! To explain the current lack of parts:
- Huge sales over the holidays mean not much left on the shelf.
- Needed to have as little as possible in stock at the end of the year for tax reasons.
- Ordered a ton of stuff at the beginning of the year.
- Slow/difficult vendors means it can take 1 or more month(s) for parts to arrive despite promised deadlines.
- Chinese New Year means all HK vendors are currently out of the office (e.g. our pending GPM order in limbo).
- etc.
If there's something specific, you can always email us and chances are we can get it pretty quickly for you. We're waiting on a number of huge orders at the moment (starting with Squat next week) - in a few weeks you'll find it hard to imagine that we were once low on parts!

Just a few tings I'd like to say:
1. Is FUall really an appropriate name , especially if you want to ask anyone for some help or advice?
2. What is a 335? Don't you mean 355? (i'm referring to the bodies you have).
3. This topic has been done to death... David has previously explained that there have been some problems with email & I believe he suggested using the forum as a kinda backup to emails you send. (If he didn't, then I am suggesting it!)
Also, he has previously explained that the Christmas / New Year period is both busy & the best time for him to run down stock quantities for taxation purposes.
And he has also explained that he is in the process of getting the shop re-stocked , but due to circumstances out of his control (vendors etc) it is taking a little longer than everyone had hoped.
So, please be patient, by all means vent your frustrations, but at the same time be reasonable in your expectations and if you're still not satisfied...P*ss Off.

I deem this treason towards mzr.com, russ, go ahead and delete this thread, this guy is a f**k head, he doesn't deserve to post here, so go ahead and get rid of him
