A little update.
I still run the side damper, and I still think this performs better than any other setup I have tried.
After a couple of months heavy use it has not given me trouble once.
I clean and grease it up once a week, and it gives exactly the same performance every single run.
The amount of front grip I can run is stunning, since the rear grip level is very good.
I now use quite a stiff setup all around, but the grip levels are as a softer setup. The result is a very responsive and stable car.
Where is it not clearing? The body needs to be slightly modified around the left rear air intake on top of the body. If the shock is hitting at the top, you have to lower the rear mounting point a bit to get it to work. A little shaving inside also helps. Where the ball end goes into the top brace, it needs to be cut or ground down level with the plate so that it does not hit the body.

Thanks for the response - I will work on it later and report back.
"Where the ball end goes into the top brace, it needs to be cut or ground down level with the plate so that it does not hit the body" - can you please explain that alittle better? "It" needs to be cut - What actually needs to be cut or ground?
marc,
use the pn 98-102mm lcgv4 mount amd a pn ceramic diff. this way you can use it on another project if you do not want to run the lm. the lm parts are nisce and specific for the lm only. with this set up you can go back and forth.only draw back is you can't use the lm wheels the ofset may be different. but its not a bad thing

I am refering to my upcoming Koenig Specials C62 "Porsche 962" project of which will have orange PN alloy. So yes it will be an LM car.
As for my current 934 MR15, I was just curious about this side damper if it'll help the car stick better.
The side damper will not fit under the LM's. It is a little too high towards the rear. I will try to find a way to fit it and will keep you posted.
Thank you Cristian. Some time in the future I plan on building an MR02 LM chassis with the above mentioned parts and I want the best parts to keep it glued on the track with flat-out fast handling capabilities. Like the old 80's KITT in Super Pursuit Mode! This chassis will be for my KS-C62 project which will have an 02 differential for useing +3 wheels, and a WFT kit for 0 offset front's.
