Will you have transponders available to borrow or rent, or should we bring our own? What system do you use?

I'll be there at 3!
Everything is in storage at the moment, so I am not sure if I can find some to let you borrow. I think there will be plenty of racers there that would have one for you to borrow. We use the ilap system. You can buy them for around $40 on their website.

See you in a few weeks. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

I've also setup a FB group to help coordinate with most of the former ILR racers.

For those interested search for the group "Inside Line Racing Reunion" and request membership.

Wanted to thank everyone that made it out to the race on Saturday. Many people came out to race and many came out to say hi and hang out. Turn out was great. Everyone seemed to have fun and it looks like we had enough interest to keep this going. Big thanks to Adam of AD AutoWerks for allowing us to use his space. Remember, if you have a BMW or Mini Cooper, Adam is the man to see.

It was great to see everyone. I did not get a chance to race but that just means the turn out was amazing and I did not have time.

See you at the next one,
Binh

Newbie Looking to Connect

Hey Binh,

I found this forum because of your Craigslist add. I am new to RC and trying to get my son into the hobby and away from video games. I recently bought a couple tracks (man I wish I knew you were going to be selling yours) set them up in my garage. We have managed to break several cars. Doughnuts are pretty common. We would love to meet some people with similar interest. It is a lot harder than I thought to meet people in the hobby. Anyway, we would like to come to the next meet, help set up, help out and maybe learn a thing or two.

Thanks,
Shane

Shane,

If you have any questions regarding setting up your car, feel free to ask any questions you may have. Not sure if you saw my previous post but on social media groups, search Inside Line Racing Reunion. There should be a discussion going on about the next event.

thank you,
Binh

Thanks everyone for coming out last Sat, we had a great turnout with several new faces.

Videos of the racing action are here:

Good news is there were no traction rolls issues. Bad news is there was no traction Hopefully we'll have improved traction next time with different track prep.

As Binh mentioned, look for the group "Inside Line Racing Reunion" on FB and request membership if you are interested in coming out, we're taking a poll now for when the next race day will be.

We have a poll currently going on in the FB group for the January race date. Right now the front runner is looking like Sat 1/12.
