Should be a go. He faxed everything but had to add some basic info and fax again. Either way sounds like race is on for the 11th

I can make this race. Do you need me to bring one of our long inside turns?

we should setup as early as we can. i'd love to get us out by 4pm.

is it possible to get someone to open up the store for us to setup at 11am? we just need to get into the store to get tables, track, etc.

setup will begin at 11am. store officially opens at noon. we have arranged to get in early so that we may setup and troubleshoot prior to influx of persons wanting to practice. the goal being we are setup and ready by noon for practice. if we have full 3 classes, we need to get everyone in and through without spending an entire day for 30 minutes of recorded racing. qualifying method will be determined by noon as well. the store officially closes at 5pm. we need to be breaking down the track, tables, chairs, etc. by this time.

i will ask that everyone travel with what they need only. we do not yet have the pit space determined and unsure how much space will be afforded. turnout will be the biggest factor in pit space, any overflow may require pit areas to be separated so plan accordingly.

He said that last year didn't he . My tires should last the day and I have a sketchy backup set just in case. Cort and I both need new tires but race day is a bad time to run a fresh set

see you guys tomorrow morning! already charged all my batteries, etc.

i should have my hsv and 599xx to show off as well. 599xx won't be done, still have the clear coat to do but that has to wait 24 hours for paint to fully dry.
