Track Width

Contemplating building a new track Currently run the Atomic carpet track which is fantastic, but with a 2 tile arrangement (80cm track width) I am limited in the size of track I can lay down at home. Current lap times are 4-5secs with 4-5 turns depending on the layout.

Love the realistic homemade tracks on you tube, particularly the C9 mini-z drifters/rally. Just wondering what people think would be the best recommended smallest track width that would allow you to drive smoothly using racing lines?

Have you thought about making the back strait elevated?
