I know that some people use receivers, ESCs, and even servos designed for 1:18 rc on miniz. but what i saw is that those are still so large.
what i want to know is that can we use those electronics for helis on miniz?
i saw those tiny esc for helis, they are so small(only 4g) and aren't expensive at all.
also, can some one tell me which part on the miniz esc belongs to esc, receiver and which part is the servo board? i might want to try using aftermarket receiver and esc while keeping the mini z servo. anyone knows how i can do the wiring?
Heli speedo's dont have reverse, and aircraft receivers operate on bands that you could not legally run on a surface vehicle. If your local track does not allow reverse, then you could use the speedo, I have some that handle 300 motors and are smaller than a Spy or Xray speedo, they also handle 7.2 & 8.4v batteries for my Heli's. Aircraft receivers are teeny tiny and use micro crystals, half the size of an Novak XXL, they would be perfect for a Pro-Z or a modded electronics Mini-Z.
