Pattos Michelin Sauber C9 decals, 1/27 scale, clear vinyl in custom inverse color scheme

I was making kouros livery in the same off white base color and decided to request a custom inverse color scheme to the decal sheet which Pattos was able to provide. On that note, as editing the decals on his end is tedious work, please be very direct and detailed in what your seeking/asking as no one wants to waste time and time is always the most valuable commodity. Hats off to Pattos for getting me yet another custom touch decal set! Bonus feature, the sheet comes with enough to do two cars, guess what that means.....
I prefer Krylon for plastic paints however selection has become challenging locally as selections in the line carried locally are cut back dramatically. I had to switch to Rustoleum 2XX in this case to find an appropriate off white. I am not a big fan of Rustoleum 2XX brand as it's less forgiving to work with and reacts much more dramatically to environmental conditions which is unfortunate for me as I have little time to get these done and paint in rain, snow, sleet, whatever. In the rains, snow, etc. I have a golf sized umbrella by the door that I hold with one hand and paint with the other. In this case, I had to strip the cars as the first couple coats went on very splotchy and simply unacceptable. This added weeks to my delivery schedule as the paint also has a long cure time for recoats/topcoats. On the second go, I warmed up the cans to get a much more smooth and fine spray which worked out. As always, I prefer to use Tamiya mask tape, not that much if any was used on this car.
I'm finding these dirty liverys actually more challenging as you want the mess to look convincing vs. contrived whereas on the clean livery, all you need to do is minimize mistakes. I'm also finding I enjoy these dirty jobs much more as it adds another level of craft required. I often spend an hour or two just on making the messy bit which is relaxing and fun.
Went with gold leaf wheels again instead of body matched. I just felt like it was a better fit to the body color.
Not sure why I keep making LM livery cars given I don't even have LM configured MIni-Z other than they are just really fun to do.
