1:1 Overlands - member's trucks/SUVs
I hope this isn't too off topic, but has anyone ever started a thread where members can post pics of their full sized overlands? If not, I would really like to see what everyone's real rides look like - specifically trucks/SUVs. Anyone have some pics to post?
I sure would like to have a 1:28 drivable version.

I did some searches and looked around the board but couldn't find any threads specificaly dedicated to members' trucks/SUVs. Maybe I missed something?
Here's a little creative parking...

Here's my big toy
stats:
2wd, 350 vortech, hooker super comp headers, 3" exhaust, hooker aerochamber muffler, turn down exit in front of rear axle...
K&N kit, MSD 6A ignition box, MSD coil, some random 8.5mm wires, mild port job on the heads / intake manifold...
the exterior stuff is obvious, all work is self done, I removed all the chrome, the trim, had a shop paint the grill GMC logo black...
It looks exactly how I want it to, I do want larger tires, but its southern california and no where to go mudding anyways

Then what are those bumpers? Really shiny silver?

I take it then you've never seen what fully optioned full size gmc trucks look like?
If I removed the strips on the bumpers and had them painted, the rub strip mounts into the bumper with 2" bolts every 6"s or so, so I cannot remove them and have the clean look that I want.
Just for reference, here's how the truck looked brand new:

The chrome I am referring to runs the length of the truck and over the wheel wells.

I really like the blacked out look of the truck. Looks very sleek and clean.

Woulda been pretty funny if you were holding up all that traffic while you got the perfect shot of your truck

Eh, it's not really a truck or an SUV... but is AWD! Plus it's a pretty nice pic, and this thread needs some life.
This is my mom's car BTW....
