I used Macromedia's Flash program to create an animated .gif file then I uploaded it as an avatar. I just made sure all the photos were the same size, imported the files into the program, set the timing, set the size, exported the file, and uploaded it for use as the avatar. I could make the avatar slightly larger or give it a slightly better resolution but I just figured it was close enough to the maximum limit anyway.
oh, i really like your ml setup image the only drawback is you will have to update it from time to time as setups/chassis's change. i will look into doing something similar
