o plates or h plates

i been think for a while what would be better o plate or h plate
but the h plate also comes in metal what are the advantages to the o to the h plate .....

"The concept behind the O-plate is to have a soft (flex)setting for traction and acceleration but also allow less roll or torsion for better cornering."
Any H-plate will always have more twist than flex when compared to an O-plate.
