I don't have first hand knowledge of this, so am not 100% sure, but was told by another person who use to speak to him online regarding rc hobby related projects that the owner had passed away due to long term medical issues.
as far as i'm aware, it's the same guy that was on minircworld although i don't recall the forum name and doesn't help since the site has site migrated to social media, for better or worse.
i had the same track and it was very nice for dNano. i do believe he is focusing on a retail location now.
Realtracks was run by a guy named Miles. We were in touch for a number of years but haven't touched base in a while. He is an ex-green beret, super nice guy and has done tons of tours and was retired from the military. His side business was building arcade machines, which was his main gig along with doing the realtracks products which were totally amazing for dNaNo. I knew that he had suffered damage from ones of the tours in Iraq (nerve damage due to chemical attacks). I knew he had gone to California for treatment a number of times. Sorry to hear he succumbed. He was a great guy and a real hero.

ah, i think i'm thinking of Lorne... different track person.
i did have the realtracks setup. it was surprisingly good with rubber tires. if it had rails, i think it would haven been near perfect but the ability to run off and back on just diminishes the experience in my opinion. wish i still had the track...
you had to create your own rails. he had a tutorial... see attached for what I setup which nobody ever used except a few of us...dNaNo was so short lived.
