IW 02 servo FET?

While modifying my IW02 I forgot to switch car off, so I blew steering FET L9110. Anyone know where I can get a replacement? thanks for help.

Hi there ak73 pro a, i saw you on the other forum so i can tell you this!
I had a similar thing, when i stacked my fets and installed litiumcells,
we let some wires touch eachother and my steerinthing was burned!
As far as I know now this is not really a fet! I had some old IW01 boards
and used it from that! But the steeringproblem never dissapeared!
I also tried putting some resistors between the servo and the steeringpot.
This should do the trick, but it never became 100% good! (was better altough) After all these tricks my solderpoints on my pcb were killed! For this reason i could not experiment further!
So thats the reason i ordered a new pcb (you must have the latest version!!!)
and purchased the Nelly! And if all goes well it will be in my possesion wthin a week or so? I will let you know my experiences and show some pics for help!
Till then take care!
Greetings ray

I also had a steering Fet burn. I have Lith-Ions in my Iwaver-02 and and dirt found its way into the servo. All of the sudden my car doesn't steer anymore even after I clean every gear. Then upon further investigation, I find that my steering FET is burned. I don't know if this has ever happened to anyone else, but I going to order a new board.

Currently there are no new boards to be had...anywhere...I know, I've been looking for two weeks....NONE...but anyhow, that steering fet can be replaced the same as the motor fets, a single 4562 works great on my old board

Thanks, do you have pinouts? I have also made servo turbo of two motor fets.
Pinouts are not mine, but from someone else.

Sorry for the OT.

I've heard the IW steering problem lies on the PCB. If the steering fet is replaced, can it improve the steering?

Regards
