Hi guys I don't post much here but I read often. Now that I have a Z ordered I hope to be posting much more. By the way I got the red Enzo and my dad will hopefully get the yellow one in not too long so we can race. Anyway I had a few questions. Do the alloy wheels for the first racer fit the MR-02? Also my dad drives left handed. He has a M8, does he only need the Mini-Z M8 module to run his Z w/ his M8? Will this work for just the racer or will it work with the MR-02 also? Thanks for the help. You guys will be hearing a lot more from me very soon!
Alloy Wheels should fit but you need to find wheels based on the following:
- The front wheels of the Enzo has no offset
- The rear wheels of the Enzo has a very wide offset, wider than any MR-01 wheel. The widest offset wheels for the MR-01 are the F-40 wheels, followed by the Corvette wheels
For you dad's M8, he just needs the AM module. It will enable him to use it with all Zs (MR-02, MR-01, OL, F1 ). I'm using an M8 with my Zs
Do the alloy wheels for the first racer fit the MR-02?
yeah... but you'll have to check the offset in the rims, and make sure that they don't protrude out of the body... will have to check, i put mr01 rims on the mr02 chassis with a vitz body on when i got mine...
Also my dad drives left handed. He has a M8, does he only need the Mini-Z M8 module to run his Z w/ his M8? Will this work for just the racer or will it work with the MR-02 also?
i've got an m8, and all you need to run mini-z's (mr01/mr02/f-1/overlands) is the 27mhz am module... you can even reconfigure the m8 for lefties....
