Is this correct?
http://www.gpmracing.com.hk/car/page/pop_mr0221.asp
Do they really mean caster? How do they do that? I've never seen anything like that yet

Hmm...that's odd.
I don't really know what happend to your car but maybe the FETs burnt out? I'm not sure at all. ESC means Electronic Speed Control.
Its says that you're from Php...does that mean the Philippines?

arch2b...could you just delete this thread of mine. I forgot about that other thread about the MR02 parts. Its also getting kinda cramped in here and also want to make way for other threads. Thanks

the mods for this section will have to do that for you (maybe merge threads), move the other thread too . my powers only exist within the overland section, outside there i am just a regular joe....
it's odd in away, that there aren't allot of parts for the mr-02 as the chassis has far fewer parst or atleast parts requiring screws for removal/installation. i consider this a godsend! it should be cheaper to hop up.

Yep you're right arch2b. There still are a few parts for the mini z and most of the ones made by GPM are just plain aluminum counterparts of the plastic ones so you're really not making an improvement there.
This is actually better coz manufacturers could concentrate in making hop ups that really matter and gives the best performance. I believe that the new MR02 has potential hop ups only in the FETs, motor, tires and suspension springs. That's about it. Find a right combination and I believe that that car is a winner.
I'm thinkin about machining even wider rear wheels for the enzo and even narrower fronts to improve chassis balance coz of the new mid motor layout

Funny thing is that I'm gonna machine em' in my University. They have a CNC and my professor might just be able to help me make one!

Yeah, I'm puzzled too. I'm pretty sure that it's camber and that they have mis-labelled it.

yep...that's my guess too
the only way that you could put caster on the z is to put a new front suspension assembly to it like what some aftermarket products did. Another way you could put caster is to change the tierod set up of the z to allow caster but that's a little hard to do. But if there's a will, there's a way

Yep me too. You could use the old motor pod just by itself but it wouldn't be fun if someone didn't improve the design, right?

Instead of buying the same old 3004 FETS...go for a FET upgrade the IRF7xxx, i forgot the exact number sells for $1 a piece and the Si4562DY chips go from $2 to around $6...depends on where you get them
