I was at the track yesterday and Al has got many new stocks including the GT40, 575M, etc...... The kyosho Japan website indicates that the F430 has just come out, hopefully I'll find one next week in Hong Kong since I'm going there. Don't know how long it'll take before we will have that one in the US.

Isn't the GT40 an Iwaver? Do you mean the Ford GT?

I should take a look at the Ford GT...I'm becoming bored of the Enzo's style, especially mine with the huge crack on the side.

Ford GT would have been my choice for Enzo replacement. I may get an Iwaver Ford GT MM body (not the small one that I already have 2 of). It should be a little more durable than the Kyosho shells.

I think Birankstan said they were...I'll go dig up the thread.

The body will accept the light kit it has the removable plugs in both the front and the back.

So much for getting the GT, Al already has one for himself.
The championship ended tonight. Willie Wong came 1st with 591, Joe with 590, and Magic with 589. Good racin'.
The B main was a little rough for me tonight..I was hung up behind Joe w/ the Mclaren for over a minute, and it cost me a lap in the end...he was going on about "payback". Whatever, I never see him race anywhere near me anyway. Sorry I had to be his outlet.
If I'm there next week (highly unlikely, depends if I can get a ride), I'll bring along the Enzo body you gave to me, Eugene..it's too nice to be sitting on my shelf collecting dust. Gotta scrape off the Loctite on the clips to level it again. Maybe strip it too, repaint it and throw a wing on there. Screw the Ford GT!
I was wondering when Magic was gonna notice that I was in the Malibu next to him..he kept pulling up to see if it was me.
Magic: "Wanna race?"
Me: "Yeah right, so we can lose?"

I installed the Nelly Dlx on the Vette tonight. I also used the PN can that I got from Marcos to rebuilt the Iwaver X-Speed Pro armeture that I have. The Iwaver Pro motor does not have the holes for the motormount, which is why I used the PN can. It screams, but I may have to install some Neo mags. Ill see how it runs when I get to the track. First I am going to try the car with the Speedy BB that is attached (solder connection), then I will test with that motor. I will post pics when I get them (took a few shots, but didnt upload them, have to wait for my bro to email them to me).
Ford GT has less offset than Enzo. I think it may have .5mm front and 2mm rear. Enzo offset may work, but Im sure that you would be better off with less offset. Al complained about hitting the wall and spinning out rather than sliding on the rails (which is a typical problem if the wheel sticks out).

So we'll see Magic is the modified class soon? Awesome, he'll give Willie a run for his money.
I dunno if I'll be there for the enduro next week..my parents don't wanna pick me up at 11:30...though I don't think the Enduro will run that long. Still I understand their viewpoint. Maybe my sister would pick me up...
in a few months I'll be able to spend some money and make my Z proper..it's the ghetto Z now - hardest CF t-plate and a GPM shock...total spent : $15.

I just ordered some parts to convert my 01 into an 015. I also need to get another board to build up my 90mm 02 chassis.
You should see me in the modified class as well, depending on how I run in practice.

The modified class looks like a ball...but I have no soldering skill, + I'd need a second car, + parts...
It'll be a while before I'm in the modified class.
How long to you think the Enduro will run? Maybe I can convince the 'rents to let me go.
