The new DPS should be ready in about 10 days. We had a problem with the dimensions of the first production so we had to have it re-made. They are almost done.

The raised lower tower bars are on the way from the factory. If all is right with them, they should ship late next week!
If you have not ordered yours, get your order in! These are in limited supply.

Wow!
Got the good news from my local dealer that they were manufactured again. So happy to see it confirmed here.
Thanks a lot. I have been waiting so long for these, and finally. What a christmas gift

Cristian, Are you aware that the kingpin balls can't even be FORCED into the lower tower bar?

I have to ask but you are turning the ball sideways to slide it into the slot? I never had a problem with the balls going in unless you are using the thicker upper arm balls instead of the low profile ones

I am using the correct ball ( the one with the extra machining for the spring). i am also trying to install it correctly. The arm is macined so you have to turn the ball sideways and twist.

Skyler, I have personally spot checked about 50 units, and they all are fine. I was actually quite happy with the quality of them. These are much, much better than the first batch. The case may be that you received a faulty unit. That can happen from time to time.
Please send the unit back for inspection and I will send you a new one out tomorrow that is in working order. You claim that it can't even be forced in, I find this a bit puzzling because even if they bound massively, you should still be able to pop it in. My only guess is that either the machining is incomplete (which very well could be the case), or you are doing something wrong to install them. Either way, that's why I implore you to send it back, so we can take a look at it.
I understand you are frustrated, and we'll take care of you, however in the future, I would be very appreciative if you can come directly to us at our store and not on the forums, which we don't frequent much, so we can handle the situation. If we still can't or won't take care of your problem you are free to post our product is junk, before then, I don't think it's fair to make a call that harsh.
Please Email me at the store with your name and order number and I will make sure you get a new unit sent out tomorrow.
Thanks.

I aplogize for my posts. I handled it incorrectly. I would also like to say that I had orderd two of them. After opening the firt one and it being faulty, I didn't even bother to check the other. After reading Cristian's post, I checked the other one. I am happy to say it's perfect. I don't understand how two items from the same batch are different. Had I checked them both, I woulsdn't have gotten so mad. Now I just feel like an idiot.

reminder to all
to second christian and all the manufacturers that participate here, please utilize the methods they provide on their sites for 'issues', especially relating to retail support issues. the forums are more for the dissemination of information, general discussion and feedback.
MZR does not want to take away anything from the manufacturer in terms of procedures or processes they have in place to handle such issues.
apologies for the interruption.

Thanks Arch.
Skyler, no worries. As much as this is a hobby to all of us, we all still spend our money on it, and we all know money does not grow on trees. Situations like these can be very frustrating.
Please, contact me at the store so I can send out your replacement. And please also when you have a chance drop the other one in the mail. A simple envelope will do. We want to take a look at it and also get credit for it from the factory.
