High Response Mode with Mini-Z ASF

Hi,

just wondering what will change, if I switch from "normal" to "high" mode. I was in normal mode the last 6 years and yesterday I tried high for the first time but I did not feel any difference with MR-03 or dnano?

Any thoughts?

I'm assuming that you are using the EX-10 Helios so this would be the difference in response modes.

Normal - 2 or 3 channel setting will give you 16.0ms response
High - 3 channel setting (High Response Mode) gives 11.0ms response
High - 2 channel setting (Advanced Response Mode) give 8.0ms response

Out of curiosity, what are the numbers for the EX-1 UR when switching between modes? Thanks!

Response is the same for the EX-1 UR number wise, but the feeling is different.

Thanks. And yes, you are right in your assumption. I meant advanced response mode in comparison to normal.

Right now - after switching for several runs - I still feel no real difference, but maybe I am just too old for this micro second speed split ...

In quick left-right transitions I have noticed the difference before, which is why I was curious what the actual (numerical) lag time was. Thank you for answering that.

Now what's this about the EX-1UR and the EX-10 Helios feeling different despite same lag time? I would expect that for equal transmitter settings, the two transmitters should produce equal results out of the car.
